Venezuelan man shot by ICE agent in Texas charged with assaulting an officer
Federal prosecutors in Texas announced charges Tuesday against Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez, a Venezuelan delivery driver shot and seriously wounded by an ICE officer in Austin this month.
